Nein, wieso sollte es auch? Kontact ist ein Client-Programm, welches zwar die Daten auch lokal speichern kann, aber eben in diesem Fall nur das.
Wenn Du ein Webinterface nur für Mail brauchst:
Such Dir nen Provider, der IMAP anbietet und verwende dessen Webmail-Client zusätzlich zum kontact
oder
Schraub Dir selbst nen IMAP-Server zusammen und tu ein squirrelmail als Webmail-Client drauf.
Wenn Du alles, was in kontact zur Verfügung steht, über's web sehen willst:
Denke über den Aufbau eines Groupwareservers wie OpenXchange, kolab (Webinterface mit horde, weiß nicht, wie weit die schon ist) oder Opengroupware nach.
