What's the Linux/Gentoo equivalent of using DVDShrink/DVDdecrypter/Nero to rip, shrink, and burn DVD movies?
Anyone have good HOWTO? _________________ If my post was helpful to you, donate $1 to Gentoo. |

Just type "dvdshrink" into the Quick Search box in the upper right portion of your screen and hit enter.
You will find many, many posts about how to do this. _________________

k3b is a fine solution for burning the final product to disc, but it is useless for shrinking the contents of a dual layer dvd down to fit on a single layer recordable one. (which is why one would install dvdshrink) _________________

I just use the Win version of DVDShrink under wine, and have DVDShrink output it to an .iso, then burn it from k3b works great. |
