Hey, does anybody know what's going on with Firefox 1.5 in Portage? I'm not bitching or anything, hell, I even waited for Gnome 2.12 to go stable without a peep, but it's been quite a while and I don't even know what's going on with it. At least with Gnome there's a tracker bug; I can't find one for Firefox.
So, does anyone have any ideas what's holding it up? Or is there a way to find out what bugs are blocking it? I don't usually have a lot of time, and am working on my own OSS project now, but I'd be willing to pitch in a little bit if I knew what needed doing. |

I'm not sure what specific issues are blocking it, but if you type 'firefox' into gentoo's bugzilla you get 101 bug reports. |

Man, there are packages in portage that are masked for months and who knows they ever will go stable.
Just unmask it and try it yourself. _________________ Ep2.nl | Developers Community |
