Exact same errors. This happened after I upgraded to 2.6.16 kernel (2.6.15 doesn't have a working agpgart for my 945GM chipset). I've tried recomiling the kernel and the modules, and the same things happen. |

Yes, here too. I only upgraded ndiswrapper from 1.11 to 1.13 and had this problem. They 'disappeared' when I downgraded back to 1.11 again, by adding the line
Code: | =net-wireless/ndiswrapper-1.13[/i] |
to the file /usr/portage/profiles/packages.mask
I think there's something wrong in ndiswrapper, so appropriate would be to list a bug report.

Same here, too. Downgrading to ndiswrapper-1.11 solved the problem, so I've put 1.13 in packages.mask for now. _________________ "A man will be imprisoned in a room with a door that's unlocked and opens inwards; as long as it does not occur to him to pull rather than push."

Anybody filled a bug ?
With me - same situation, upgrade to 1.13 from 1.11 on 2.6.15. _________________ --

Yup: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=127569
It is pointed out that simply adding usb to your USE flags makes the problem not appear (although it isn't solved of course). Worked for me.

Yes, I too can verify this. I added "usb" to my USE flags and it works just fine now. |

I was using the bcmwl5 (or whatever the name of the broadcom wireless driver) as well, and adding usb to my useflags fixed it with the latest version without having to downgrade to 1.11
Code: | USE="usb" emerge ndiswrapper |
saved the day for me.
Thanks guys |
