Hi guys! Following the guide on the wiki, i am creating a live distro using gentoo. On the first boot it went fine, but now i wanna install KDE; the matter is: how should I configure xorg.conf? Is there a sort of autoconfigure script that ceck the pc where is running on? Thanks Luca

you can try the auto config its

(for the old xorg)

Code:

Xorg -Configure

(for new x)

Code:

X -configure iirc

hope that helps the iirc may or maynot work at the end, give it a wirl it should give you on screen instructions with what to do next.
