modular Xorg missing include files?

Hello,

after following modular X howto my emerge spawns lots of errors complaining about undeclared things. I've found that some of files from /usr/include/X11 are missing. Now i'm not sore what to do about it. Have anyone had the same bahaviour? My installation stops at libxkbfile-1.0.2

tried that already, also emerge portage... nothing changes.

to be precise top most build says that X11/Xos.h Xlib.h XKBlib.h etc. not found...
