I can mount them as a user, but I can't write to them?? Why is this?

Here are my fstab entries:
//192.168.1.25/f /mnt/f smbfs auto,user,uid=0,gid=0,rw 0 0
//192.168.1.25/g /mnt/g smbfs auto,user,uid=0,gid=0,rw 0 0
//192.168.1.25/c /mnt/c smbfs auto,user,uid=0,gid=0,rw 0 0

Perhaps because root owns the files.
Perhaps because they are shared readonly to begin with.

dunno what type of security youre using, you might now have perms to write to them. look over your smb.conf.
