Ciao a tutti ho fatto un emerge del pacchetto backuppc:
dopo aver eseguito un suo unmask.
Ho installato anche la mod_perl per apache e ho configurato apache con l'opzione -D PERL.
Riesco a lanciare apache2 e backuppc, ma:
se eseguo da root:
ottengo:
| Code: | No directory, logging in with HOME=/
This account is currently not available. |
Se invece provo ad eseguire un qualsiasi comando BackupPCxxxx mi dice:
| Code: | Wrong user: my userid is 0, instead of 105 (backuppc)
BackupPC::Lib->new failed |
Qualcuno sa darmi delle delucidazioni?

mah.. l account esiste? perche' devi usare un utente predefinito?

Se provo ad usare un utente qualsiasi ottengo l'errore:

Allora ho provato ad accedere con utente backuppc... l'utente esiste...

no mai usato...
comunque credo che devi aggiungere l'utente per usare il programma al gruppo backuppc... quindi non importa creare un nuovo user...

Aggiungendo l'utente al gruppo backuppc la situazione non cambia...

L'avevo gia' letto, e come c'e' scritto, ho compilato perl con il flag "perlsuid" attivato ma la situazione non cambia..
