LTSP 4.2 & local devices

Hi,

anybody here who successfully installed local device support on ltsp 4.2 with ltspfs ?
(and can help me)

I'm currently considering upgrading to ltsp-4.2.
Have you installed 4.2? (is there an ebuild available somewhere?)

I got it to work by following their wiki guide:

combined with:
http://gentoo-wiki.com/LTSP_Configuration#Local_Device_Access

Because that was on 64bit I needed to manually compile ltspfs from source.

I have also got local device support to work on 4.2. I followed the same guides.

last week i reinstalled gentoo & ltsp. result:
you need smbfs for local devices otherwise usb-sticks are not working.
