x11-libs/qt-3.1.0-r1 Doesn't Build

I am trying to emerge the dev-php/mod_php package, and have run into a problem. The x11-libs/qt-3.1.0-r1 package doesn't even begin to compile. Instead I get this:

use at least qt-3.1.1, because that is the first version of qt that can properly detect xft2, which is what's built when you emerge xft

I just searched for "qt" and this is the only version that I found:

* x11-libs/qt
Latest version available: 3.1.0-r1
Latest version installed: [ Not Installed ]
Size of downloaded files: 13,062 kB

Description: QT version 3.1.0

It didn't even show a masked package with a newer version... That said, how can I install this package? I am trying to get mod_php working on my Power Mac 7300.

Any fix for this? I'm trying to install KDE on a Power Macintosh 8600 and it's failing at the x11-libs/qt emerge.

Edit: nevermind. After doing an emerge sync and waiting a few minutes :roll:

, a newer version of qt is showing up. Strangely, the order things are going to be emerged (I'm trying to emerge KDE) is different as well.
