PCMCIA WIFI w/ antenna

Can anyone recommend a good pcmcia wireless card, preferably both B & G capable, that can be attached to an external antenna? And I am looking for something from the factory....I don't want to physically modify any hardware for this.

Apologies if this has been covered somewhere in the forums already....I couldn't find it if it was.
