Volevo sapere se esiteva qualche software che funzioni via web per monitorare gl'ip Al MOMENTO loggati al server. mi servirebbe un Iptraf, che funzioni su WEB ...
Esiste qualcosa che faccia a mio caso?

Dal momento che il protocollo HTTP e connectionless puoi avere solo informazioni statistiche e non reali.

se ti serve una visione istantanea secondo me la cosa migliore (e più veloce) è usare netstat con qualche colpo di grep.
potresti anche farti una paginetta php che esegue e ti mostra l'output
oppure usi l'handler server-status, ma personalmente non è una cosa che amo lasciare accessibile |

come dice gothmog potrebbe essere fattibile, una cosa cosi:

magari anche + raffinato nell'output, ma dipende che ci devi fare.
