|

I am fond of GTK but not Gnome. As Gnome can sometimes be useful--especially if someone less computer-literate wants to use the computer, I have set global USE with both gnome and gtk2 present. When I start X with a window manager like fluxbox or enlightenment, I am left with the default, box-like gtk theme. This, however, is most unpleasent. My question is this: how can I start X with a window manager other than gnome and still have my custom GTK themes? |

There's a program called gtk-them-switch adding a binary called switch2 to your system. It allows for changing gtk2-themes. |

Or you can use gtk-chtheme.
It's always nice to have alternatives. |

It's not as easy to preview a theme with but it's effective. |
