|

Does anyone know some program like Disk Allocatino Viewer (DAV) also for reiser4? because DAV support only ext filesystems.
Some program to measure fragmentation, show some statistics, maybe fragmented files of reiser4 partition.

This question is best asked of the reiser4 developers. I'm pretty sure the answer is 'no', but there's no harm in asking them. Go to http://www.namesys.com and sign up to an appropriate mailing list. |

Your best bet is probably measurefs.reiser4 which is part of reiser4progs, though you won't get any nice visualizations. |

There are some filefrag based scripts around there so they work on any filesystem, but nothing visual... |

The second script in https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-3287441.html#3287441 is visual and works the same way filefrag does (i.e., displays just files, no directories and other metadata). However, it's not suitable for whole partitions (except very small ones) as is. |
