hdc: packet command error - kernel 2.6.16-gentoo-r3

Hi to all,

this weekend i am switched from ubuntu to gentoo. everythink went fine so far and the documentation is
realy great (thanks to all people involved)

the only strage thing is this error while booting:

Usually, that message comes up when a drive is starting to fail. But first, what kind of drive is hdc?
