I've got a lot of these in the logs of one of my servers:

Error - should be sent to WINS server

It's obviously a WINS problem but I don't know why I'm getting this since both wins server and wins support lines in the smb.conf are commented out. Perhaps another machine on the network is accidentally sending wins requests to this machine?
