Hallo Forum,
ich habe hier ein neues Dell D820 stehen. Die Installation hat prima geklappt, allerdings git es ein (kleines?) Problem:
Mein DVD-Brenner will par tout kein DMA-Modus annehmen, sodass ich da eine Transferrate von meist unter einem MB/s erreiche. Ich habe schon fast alle denkbaren Möglichkeiten der Kernel-Konfig durchprobiert, daher ist es schwierig eine bestimmte Konfig zu posten, es klappt alt bei vielen Methoden nicht, egal ob ich das DVD per scsi-emulation oder PATA ansprechen will. Das D820 hat einen SATA-Controller, offensichtlich ist das DVD aber ein IDE-Laufwerk, das über einen PATA-Chip eingebaut ist. Weià jemand Rat? Ich habe ebenfalls schon versucht, die Flags
