Ciao,
ho un problema con gli hd hfsplus.
Ho rimesso su gentoo dopo mesi di inutilizzo (causa cotta per macosx..e mancanza di driver airport extreme..), ma mi trovo un problemi tanto stupido quanto allucinogeno.
la mia fstab è la seguente: | Code: | | /dev/hda4 /mnt/data hfsplus defaults,rw 0 0 |
eppure nè da root nè da utente riesco a scrivere sulla partizione.
nel kernel ho il supporto al fs apple come built-in
esperienze simili?

Che kernel usi? Nel kernel 2.6.15 è stata aggiunta questa patch:

Access to a journaled HFS+ volume is not officially supported under Linux, so
mount such a volume read-only, but users can override this behaviour using the
"force" mount option.
The minimum requirement to relax this check is to at least check that the
journal is empty and so nothing needs to be replayed to make sure the volume
is consistent.

Non hai bisogno di trovarla, è gia inclusa in quella versione del kernel.
Devi seguire le istruzioni sopra citate....c'è scritto che gli utenti posso leggere e scirvere passando il parametro "force" tra le opzioni
del mount in fstab.

emix parla di patch nel kernel 2.6.15 che è quello che ho io.
ma se aggiorno kernel? nn c'è più la patch? ne sapete qualcosa?
