Or use a browser that supports "preloading" or what it's called, it reuses an old process that's open all the time. Galeon, for example.
-s, --server Don't open any windows; instead act as a
server for quick startup of new Galeon

Optimize it for size (-Os). If you use -O3, loop unrolling and function inlining creates a much larger code that may negatively impact loading time. |

If you mean what I think you mean, then you are using KDE and start mozilla somehow. The Mozilla window appears and is usable, but the sandclock in the window list keeps spinning and the small mozilla icon near the cursor also stays.
That is quite normal, and happens to me (usually, not always) with mozilla, phoenix, quake3 and some more stuff.
I suppose the "error" is that kde is trying to start "mozilla", but another process, "mozilla-bin" is startet (and a different WM_Class window appears, "navigator:browser"), so KDE is smart and thinks the app didn't start yet, and so tries on for a while.
This is far from critical and doesn't slow down anything AFAIK (and if you mean this behaviour - try opening a kasbar and watch the icons: the browser window will have a different Icon than your Mozilla app), so you don't need to prelink or change your Optimization level (though you still may )
