I am searching for a open-exchange mail server alternative. It must be compatible with MS Outlook...
Any ideas?

I'm using evolution.
It's interface is a clone of Outlook, and it has a connector for MS Exchange (never used it).
Compatibility whit Outlook is OK for
- iCalender (invites for meetings, ..)
- vContact

Also commercial mail server would be OK.
