cannot get zyxel g-360 wireless to work

hi

i cannot get my zyxel g-360 wireless card to work.
i added the acx module to the autoload-file. at boot time
the kernel loads the module successfully, the wlan0 interface
appears in iwconfig.
i've set the essid, the encryption key, i've given the channel and
tried modes "auto" and "managed" and i also set hostname and
gateway ip. dhcpcd is installed and can be loaded normally
in kde control-center, the device is marked as "disabled". if i try
to enable the wlan0-device it fails, but there is no error-message.
the console gives me "netmount" not started.

please help!
