What on earth is this all about? It's happening at the beginning of every minute in my logs!

What kernel version?

Can you tell which filesystem it is referencing?

I know there was an old kernel bug that caused this, but that was back in 2.4

Were you doing any NFS stuff?

2.4.27 kernel
all ext3 filesystems
no nfs, samba only
