All of the pythons I've tried under gentoo don't like bsddb or anydbm. I've tried with 2.1's and 2.2's, including the latest 2.2.1 and 2.2.1-r1. If I run /usr/lib/python2.2/test/test_sddb.py it segfaults every time so I know it is not my script. What is wrong? |

For those of you who may encounter this problem, i.e. if you want to use a great issue tracking tool like roundup, the problem is with db. I upgraded from db-3.2.3h-r4 to 3.2.9 (which is currently blocked in package.mask) but it seems to work better than 3.2.3h-r4. |
