When I resume from a suspend (swsuspend, to ram or to disk) double-tapping on my touchpad doesn't work as it does if I boot normally.
what should happen:
- working completely like a single-click (this is also the case when I boot normally instead resuming from a suspend)
what actually happens:
- it works as a single-click only on buttons, icons, links, moving the text-coursor and the like. Only when I double-tap on text or the desktop to then drag-select something it doesn't work. But then again: tripple-tapping on a word works normally again (as double-click) and selects the whole word - the same for quad-tapping (as tripple-clicking) selecting the whole line.
My touchpad is a synaptics one, but the X itself does not use its synaptics driver for it (it unloads it) but instead ImPS2.
Any ideas? _________________ tea+free software+law=hook

I suspect it could be connected with the kernel ...I've found a few similar bug reports that were solved upstream.
Does at least anyone else have the same problem? That would help me identify wether the problem is with my settings/install or is it really spread wider. _________________ tea+free software+law=hook
