booting install CD without pcmcia support?

As I posted earlier my LiveCD won't boot. I installed mandrake quickly and it got stuck the starting the pcmcia bootscript. So my pcmcia seems to be the problem. I don't need it for installation, so is there a boot option to switch off pcmcia?
