Salve a tutti.
Avendo a disposizione + plugin per un tipo di file come specifico quale plugin usare ?
Nelle opzioni dei plugin non compare nulla anche se con about:plugins me li da tutti .. come posso fare ? |

Beato te che hai più plug-in per un media!
Cmq, con about:plugins puoi vedere quale stai usando per il tipo di file!
Poi le associazioni sono in ~/.mozilla/pluginreg.dat
ma questo è un file generato automaticamente, non so se si può modificare,
è la domanda che volevo porre a qualcuno del forum!
Ho installato flashplayer e realplayer, sun-jre e non mi ha riconosciuto nessuno di questi!
Ho messo i link in /usr/lib32/nsbrowser/plugins ai vari .so ma non se ne frega niente.
Ma da dove lo genera questo ~/.mozilla/pluginreg.dat ?????

Come puoi vedere li USO 
ma in effetti nsplugin fa si che venga generato il plugin non che venga riconosciuto.
Sicuramente nell'ebuild ci sarà un modo per linkarlo al browser ma evidentemente ha fallito.
Per questo chiedevo se qualcuno sa in che modo Firefox genera pluginreg.dat dove al momento ho indicazioni per gli unici plugin riconosciuti con about:plugins( ma cmq non funzionanti  ): Blackdown!

I.e.
quel che ha fatto | Code: | | emerge netscape-flash |
è stato:
- generarere i file /opt/netscape/plugins/flashplayer.xpt e libflashplayer.so
- creare un link in /usr/lib32/nsbrowser/plugins per entrambi
- copiare file di documentazione.
Su AMD64 prima di emergere questo pacchetto è stata installata l'emulazione a 32bit.
Perchè ha fallito?

| Non vorrei dire una stupidata ma non e' che per far funzionare quei plugin su amd64 devi usare firefox precompilato (il bin insomma) ? |
