Hello everyone,

I am considering building a few boxes for Gentoo, what is the support like for NVIDIA nForce4? The motherboard I am considering is the Tyan Tomkat K8E. I want a single socket X2 capable motherboard with near server features without the associated price tag :-)

Target is a 1u rack mount enclosure.

well I use my Nforce4 motherboard on my desktop and besides from having alsa 'non-kernel' I have no problems whats so ever. If your using them as servers I can hardly image your having many problems.
