Try running emerge -e world. If that doesnt work, then it could be a module in your kernel that you need to enable. 1GL maybe. _________________ AMD 64 3000+

For whoever's shake don't! I can't help with the problem but it definitely isn't going to be solved by blindly running emerge -e world or some magic and non-existent lGL kernel module |

Looks like it can't find the GL library. You could try building amarok without the opengl use flag. Also, what does

well i did an "emerge -vNuD world" now everything seems to be fine...also this is what eselect shows me Code: | > eselect opengl list
Available OpenGL implementations:
