I got this error message after I rebooted the system after building my kernel, things seem to be ok I just see this message and trying to get rid of it. Any advice is appreciated.
Some local filesystem failed to mount !!
Is there some log I can access to see what it is trying to mount, is this even a serious problem? |

Im no expert but I think your problem lies in the /dev/BOOT, /dev/ROOT and /dev/SWAP sections. If Im not mistaken the install instructions say
Quote: | Use something like the /etc/fstab listed below, but of course be sure to replace "BOOT", "ROOT" and "SWAP" with the actual block devices you are using (such as hda1, etc.) |
Try changing those and see if your system doesn't work just a little bit better.
Cheers |
