DJBDNS: Caching external - DNS server internal

Hi guys,

i'm really confused on implementing our dns server for the company..i have single computer for our dns servers..i'm planning to install caching server [that will cache from our ns1 and ns2 hosted at ultradns] and dns server for our internal hosts network. is it ok to install both servers in this way? do i need to put this on a public ip? any advice? thanks
