Zemergowałem nowe KDE i jak zwykle były minimalne problemy (np. próba uruchomienia krusardera w root-mode kończła się jakimś komunikatem o problemie z kdesu), więc zrobiłem emerge -e world bo ostatnio to pomogło. Teraz patrzę, nie ma tego problemu z krusaderem, ale już podczas etc-update nie było j. polskiego - pomyślałem, że może jeszcze nie ma naszej wersji językowej, więc tym się nie przejąłem. Dziś patrzę - gimp po angielsku, mplayer też, tvtime tak samo i pewnie coś jeszcze by się znalazło.
Nie bawiłem się konfigami, więc się trochę zdzwiłem. Może przez przypadek coś ruszyłem, ale nie znalazłem nic.
Pomoże ktoś?

Widziałem wypluło gdzieś to zmieniłem (przeszedłem na glibc-2.4 zaraz po tym jak się pojwił w ~x86).

locale.gen powinno wyglądać troche inaczej, np tak: | Code: | en_US ISO-8859-1
en_US.UTF-8 UTF-8
pl_PL ISO-8859-2
pl_PL.UTF-8 UTF-8 |

@kicior dzięki gimp i tvtime już mówią po polsku, ale gmplayer dalej nie chce. Zemergowałem go jeszcze raz, ale widzę, że gdzieś na początku kompilacji mówi, że język to będzie 'en'. Ponownie uruchomienie kompa, ale dalej tak samo (także podczas kompilacji).

U mnie gmplayer ma polskie litery, ale mplayer nie.
Polskie znaki dla gmplayera "ustawiałem" następująco:
Subtitles & OSD / Encoding: CP1250
Font / Font: /usr/share/fonts/dejavu/DejaVuSerif.ttf (zainstalowałem czcionki dejavu)
Font / Encoding: Unicode.
Znalazłem to gdzieś na tym forum, więc komuś innemu też to pomogło.
