Stupid question: How do I configure colorized man-pages in a terminal window (as seen on SuSE)?

set your MANPAGER variable to something that supports color.

I use sys-apps/most to do it.

You can just set it in your .bash_profile as such
export MANPAGER=most

a bit out of topic, but if you use kde, do you know you can view man pages in konqueror ? just type man:your_program as the url.
