Hi,

Can someone point me in the right direction for tutorials on CBQ? The small bit in the Bandwidth Limiting Howto is crap and doesn't explain anything, and a quick google hasn't turned up anything useful.

Basically I just want to put CBQ on my server and limit outgoing traffic to 25k/s. No other limiting or shaping.
