i am having problems with mldonkey and its constant duying .. so i have decided to do something about it ..

I saw on mldonkey`s site that it is possible to solve this problem using daemontools and I have set everything up using This howto but somehow i can`t start mldonkey as mldonkey user.
i have put the mldonkey`s "run" script in /usr/bin and set the ownership of mldonkey user. I have followed the howto step by step, did exactly what is written and still get this error .. :(

Code:
mldonkey@zion / $ mldonkey
starting mldonkey
setuidgid: fatal: unable to setgid: permission denied
mldonkey@zion / $

Anyone knows how to fix this ? .. I would appreciate it very much .. :)

P.S.- Anyone has any idea how daemontools are gonna respond when mldonkey dies and config_files_space.tmp stays? It is impossible to start mldonkey while that file is present
10x in advance

Cheers
