Installin' GRUB..

So as so many of you have said about installing Grub and let any kind of messy away I choosed to installed GRUB in the MBR.

I also have Windows installed in the first partition of this hard drive....that should be (hd0, 0)

and then Gentoo next to it.....(hd0,1)

Any hint how to do so?? I already have Gentoo System installed in my computer...so assume that I installed Gentoo already but I disabled the option installed GRUB in the MBR and now I want just to installed that right there as so many of people said it was the easier way to do so...
