Hi, I'm in the process of setting up a Linux firewall with 2 ISP (load balacing and fault tolerance). I almost gathered all the information I need but there's one question still unanswered. Where's the folder /etc/network/ in Gentoo? This is where others distros like Debian have folders if-up, if-down, etc. I need those or a way to launch a script when a network interface goes down and up.
Thanks a lot! |

Take a look at the preup(), predown(), postup(), postdown() functions in /etc/conf.d/net.example
I think that is what you are looking for. |
