hola gente, recien instale gentoo 2006.0 en mi pc y configure xorg usando Xorg -configure, luego agregue ati binary drivers y cuando corri el aticonfig, me agrego otra vez las entredas tipo monitor, videocard y resolution, todo parece funcionar ok pero me pregunto si afectar en algo tener esas entradas repetidas, es seguro borrarlas? y órque se genero asi? sera algun error de mi parte?

Quizas el aticonfig no las reconocio e hizo las suyas propias, mi opinion es que si funciona no lo arregles. Pero puedes probra borrando el duplicado y reiniciando el sistema grafico (ctrl+alt+BackSpace). por si no fuera a funcionar haz un backup primero.
