How do I go about getting it back, even the windows key won't pull it up... Thanks all!

Which WM are you using? It's kinda needed info to be able to help you.

Sorry about that, KDE. I was playing with Cedega and I think the iTunes installer hung(it was right before I went to bed, so it's a little fuzzy), and now it's gone.

Is kicker working as it should? Check if it's running and if not start it from a terminal.
