... when running "emerge rsync"?
The emerge rsync was working fine until it hit some part where it looked like it was trying to do some documentation or html files or something. Then this message began repeating on the terminal:
NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out
eth0: Transmit timed out, status fc264010, CSR12 00000000, resetting...
If I CTRL-C, I get the prompt back, but the messages continue to appear. |

Well it looks like your eth0 card ain't working. Got a similar error, when card lost interrupt.
