Kernel panic! HELP!!!

kernel panic - not syncing: Aiee, killing interrupt handler!sys_mkdirat+160}s_mkdir+394}58}553}

I'm not sure what's wrong! It kept freezong on me while I was emerging stuff, and using ATI, knowing how unstable the drivers are, I went to console, and I got this error, again, while emerging...

All I did was build in eeprom and it87 for lm_sensors :-\. As far as I know the previous kernel still works, I'm going to try to emerge again, and if it freezes, I'll let you know.
