I just upgraded from KDE 3.4 to 3.5. Under KDE 3.4, I had the right window key mapped as a compose key. Under KDE 3.5, it doesn't work any more, and I can't find the Control Center panel where I set it last time.

It's one way of creating accented characters on a keyboard that doesn't have keys for them. You hit the compose key, then a letter, then an accent mark, and it produces an accented letter. You can also produce other characters such as the Spanish upside-down question mark and exclamation point using the compose key.

If you're using split ebuilds, you need to emerge the "kde-base/kxkb" package.

You haven't found a solution to this, have you? It's been bugging me since I upgraded.
