|
|
Just upgraded to Modular X (7.0 r1) and everything works except GIMP which suddenly declares
Code: | GIMP: Opening '/home/mike/8f302215.tif' failed: Unknown file type |
file returns
Code: | 8f302215.tif: TIFF image data, little-endian |
I've re-emerged tiff, no help.
GIMP has no trouble opening a jpeg, and all of the other graphics types work fine.
Any suggestions? |

Looks like the Modular X upgrade is a red herring... apparently GIMP was rebuilt somewhere along the way (2.2.12) and thinks that libtiff is not installed (although it is). |

That was it, setting USE to include tiff did the trick.
Thanks. |
