While booting up udev prints some errors. They all read something like "cannot run program /lib/udev/vol_id", they're all almost the same but instead of "vol_id" some say "path_id", "usb_id" and another couple I can't remember. I checked and "/lib/udev/*id" doesn't match anything. I also "noticed" (xorg stopped working) that suddenly the usb module ohci_hcd isn't loaded automatically during the booting process anymore, which is probably related. How do I solve this? I mean udev, the usb module isn't a problem. I'm running ~amd64. _________________ It isn't enough to win - everyone else must lose, and you also have to rub it in their face (maybe chop off an arm too for good measure).
