Can not get e17 to compile! cannot read from file "edje"

When I try to emerge e I get this when it compiles:

fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "edje"

Of course I am not posting whole post cuz I dont think that will help. Probably someone who has seen it or develops e already knows the problem and possible solution

I tried with autoconf-2.58, autoconf-2.59 and -2.60 (somebody mentioned on net autoconf-2.59 broke it)..

Please let me know if you have ANY suggestion. Of course this is from live CVS tree..

have u installed edje? try emerge edje first then try to compile e17.
