Well, as all of you who have read the thread about CFLAGS, I noticed the posts that said -march=pentium4 would generate errors in certain cases when it comes to Python and a few other programs. I never believed it would have some major consequences especially since my system worked great... so far.

Here is what I got when I tried the latest shiny software from transgaming: (Point2Play)

OverflowError: float too large to convert


Recognize the famous overflow bug eh ? :)

Off to recompile glibc I am...

EDIT: I think I may have picked up the wrong forum, if you could move it to other things gentoo or something, PJP or anyone else. That would be great :).
