is there any others program that monitor the temperature than the command line lm-sensors
i am searching a program drawing a temperature graphic in order to determine if my computer will overheat or not

You can also try xmbmon. It's not very pretty, but displays a graph. I don't think it works on all motherboards, but it's worth a try.
And if you can do without a GUI, 'acpitool -t' works good on laptops, at least.

it seems the right aplication for me,the motherboard is detected but not the cpu(that is the only interesting thing for me)
