Fluxbox problem with kde applications

I noticed that in fluxbox open/save dialog in kde applications is broken, it looks like this

the window with files is so small that you can not select any file, how can i fix it?

for a workaround try to toggle decoration of the window, that maybe make the decors in corners visible, so you can change the windows size.
if it works, you can set 'remember dimension' in window menu.
