Installing in P5V800 MX not work

I am trying to install the Gentoo (2004.3 and 2005.1)
in a MB P5V800 MX and do not detect HD SATA and
the net card (on board RTL8201CL the driver however
driver that came together with the MB was VIA Rhine)

Also already tried to disable the net onboard and to use a
card Encore ENL832TX that works normally in a MB Pentium 166,
but not work in PV5800.

I tried many modprobe for the net card and always get :
