I'm trying to set up SynCE to connect to my Garmin iQue PDA (GPS) device. I went through the SynCE HOWTO, and all seems to work fine, but when I get to the step of executing pstatus just to get a status of the PDA, I get the following:

pstatus: Could not find configuration at path '(Default)'

what am I doing wrong? I'm trying SynCE 0.9.2 from portage. the USB device entry for the PDA from /proc/bus/usb/devices is the following:

Downgrade to:
* app-pda/synce-libsynce
Available versions: 0.8.9 0.9.1 0.9.2
Installed: 0.9.1

thanks, this solved all my problems...
wonder why all of the synce ebuilds are marked as ~x86 though... |
