Hello

I've tried to download some files via MLDonkey. After somedays of waiting, I have some files downloaded 100% with status 'imminent'. These files are standing there and nothings happening.

Has someone an idea how I can force a commit on these files?

Regards,
Jochen

Did you upgrade from 2.6.4 to 2.7.x?

Nope! I still use the 2.6.4-r2 version of mldonkey. I thought about upgrading to 2.7.7. Are there some advantages doing this?

I asked because another user reported the same problem after
upgrading from 2.6.4 to 2.7.5, therefore my question.

The changelog between 2.6.4 and 2.7.7 has several pages,
I do not remember if your bug may be fixed there but
upgrading to 2.7.7 certainly is advised. Also 2.7.7 should be
made stable in Portage, there is already a bug report about it.

Please update and use verify_chunks with the problematic files.

I've just updated mldonkey from 2.6.4-r2 to 2.7.7. Running "verify_chunks 2", etc, in the telnet interface didn't make any difference. :?
